Detailed Tour Itinerary -
Day 1: Mandalay-Khamti –Lahe (by flight 1 hour & 20 minutes boarding) (by 4×4 Wheel D 4 to 5 hours driving) (56 miles)
Day 2: Lahe - Ponnyo (by 4×4 Wheel D 3 to 4 hours driving) (62 miles)
Day 3: Ponnyo – Santon (by 4×4 Wheel D 3 to 3:30 hours driving) (45 miles)
Day 4: Santon – Lahe – Khamti (by 4×4 Wheel D 6:30 hours driving) (73 miles)
Day 5: Khamti – Mandalay (by flight 1 hour & 20 minutes boarding)
Day 1: Mandalay-Khamti –Lahe ( by flight & 4×4 Wheel D)
Take domestic flight from Mandalay International Airport to Khamti. Upon arrival at Khamti Airport, meet our team and drive to Lahe by passing on the new bridge over the Chindwin river. Lahe is Naga Self Administrative Region which is surrounded by many Naga tribe’s villages. Walk inside the villages to study daily struggling activities of Naga tribes in the evening time.

Overnight at Local Naga’s House in Lahe
Day 2: Lahe - Ponnyo (by 4×4 Wheel D)
Enjoy simple breakfast at local house. You see their morning life and having breakfast view. At most villages, families are living together with their two or three generation family members and siblings. This morning, we drive to very remote area and the border of India to experience and see mountain ranges and forest views. Today you will see step cultivation where local grow rice widely and crops cultivation system. On the way, visit Naga villages such as Lagyan, Sappwalaw and Ponnyo depending on time.

Day 3: Ponnyo – Santon (by 4×4 Wheel D)
After breakfast at local house, today we drive Santon village. Along the way, we make stop for taking photos of view and daily struggling of Naga tribes while they are walking. We stop at Makyan village for short touching with Naga rural experience. Visit in the Santon Naga village to learn about typical Naga’s culture, religions and traditions. Most of the Naga tribes are believing in Christianity.

Day 4: Santon – Lahe – Khamti (by 4×4 Wheel D)
After breakfast, take time for photo time. Today Long driving on the off-road up and down is giving you taste of adventure traveling by four-wheel drive and break-taking scenic view of high-elevation mountain ranges, forests, dotted villages. While passing on the bridge over the Chindwin river, you see beauty of second biggest river flowing from the mountains. We stop for a while to shoot photos at Sanpya Village. Upon arrival at Khamti, drive to guest house for check-in to stay overnight.

Day 5: Khamti – Mandalay (by flight)
This morning, you enjoy with local tea and snacks for breakfast at tea house. You see the various walks of life and pheasants who are chatting with their languages. Transfer to airport to take domestic flight to Mandalay. After one hour and twenty minutes boarding flight, you arrive at Mandalay International Airport. You say farewell to your guide.
